Overview
Thank you for using UCCE Napa's New Task Submission and Tracking System. Using the following pages will assist the front office staff in improving customer service for all stakeholders thanks to the following features:
- Internal and External Notifications of Task Progress
- Improved task assignment workflow & prioritization, deadline tracking and total workload overview
- Allowing front office staff to view all incoming work to provide & request backup as needed.
