Dr. Qicheng Tang is the local water expert of UCCE Napa, he got his Ph.D. degree in Soil Science from Penn State in 2022.
At Napa, Dr. Tang works to help understand Napa Water Resources and Resiliency. He is aiming to bridge the conversation among different stakeholders.
